All orders placed by 11am will be ready for same day collection after 12pm (CLOSED Sundays & Bank Holidays).

If you wish to order further in advance, please add a note with your chosen collection day (after 12pm) in the Order Notes box on the billing details page (before you go through to WorldPay). Please note – if you leave the check-out page eg to add another item to your basket, you must re-enter any text previously added to the Order Notes box. Once WorldPay have successfully completed your payment you will receive an Order Confirmation email. I will also send an email when your order has been packed and is ready for collection. Please check your Inbox settings as these emails are frequently sent to a spam folder.

Packed orders will be outside in named boxes ready for collection after 12pm. There is no cut-off time to collect your order Monday-Friday, but a deadline of 8pm applies on a Saturday. Where an order is packed in multiple boxes, these will be stacked on top of each other. Please do not move other boxes. Please return your clean and undamaged boxes for re-use, leave them over the inside gate as otherwise they all end up blowing around in the road! NO RETURNED BOXES ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS PLEASE.

Payments are via Bank Transfer (preferred) or WorldPay with your credit or debit card.

You will have the option of creating an account with The Dog’s House when going through the check-out process.

This is not mandatory but does mean you will benefit from a faster check-out when placing further orders and that you can collect Loyalty Points for every qualifying spend.
